Bradley Thomas is a junior in the physics department at Princeton University pursuing a certificate in Quantitative and Computational Biology. His research interests broadly lie at the intersection of physics and biology, particularly in using quantitative, computational, and theoretical approaches to understand biological systems.
His previous research has included experimental biophysics and modeling of competition between E. coli strains, as well as studying cancer cell dynamics in microscale vascular environments. He has also conducted quantitative biology research using computational analysis and physical modeling to investigate the behavior and growth of L1 Drosophila larvae. Bradley is broadly interested in applying tools from physics and mathematical modeling to biological and ecological systems, including questions involving animal behavior, collective behavior of insects, and spatial ecology. Beyond research, Bradley enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and learning classical guitar.
